Starfathom

Starfathom is the publishing brand of STEFANCHO LABS, a one-person app studio in South Korea. We design, build, and ship small mobile apps for iOS and Android, and we publish them ourselves rather than through a client or an agency.

Our work is deliberately narrow. Each app does one thing that a person actually needs on a given day: cutting a passport photo to spec, laying out a year of goals on a single board, keeping a log of cold plunges, turning an object into a sticker. We keep the apps free where we can and fund them with advertising, so the bar we hold ourselves to is that an app has to be worth opening again tomorrow.

Everything is made in-house. We write the code, produce the store assets, run the release pipeline, and answer the support mail ourselves. That is also why this site is short.
