idcut ("the app") makes ID photos and is built privacy-first. Your photos and face data never leave your device — all image processing happens on-device using Apple's Vision framework. The app collects no personal data (Data Not Collected).

1. Information processed only on your device

• Photos & face data: Images you capture or import, and any data computed during face detection and specification checks, are analyzed and edited only inside your device. Nothing is transmitted to, collected by, or stored on any server.

2. Camera and photo library access

The app requests camera and photo library access so you can take or import a photo for your ID picture. Any image accessed is used only for on-device processing and is never transmitted. Finished photos are saved to your photo library only when you choose to save them.

3. Information we do not collect

The app does not collect:

• Photos or face data (they never leave your device)
• Account or login information (the app has no sign-up)
• Location data or contacts
• Usage analytics or tracking data — there are no ads and no cross-app tracking (App Tracking Transparency is not requested)

4. Payments

The app offers a per-export purchase through the App Store (StoreKit) to unlock high-resolution, watermark-free exports. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; the app does not collect or store your payment method or payment details.

5. Data retention and deletion

The app does not retain your photos itself. Finished photos you save remain in your device's photo library, and deleting the app does not remove photos you have already saved there.

6. Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
