IceLog ("the app") respects your privacy. Everything you record — your cold-shower sessions — is stored only on your device. The app shows Google AdMob banner ads to keep the app free, and collects anonymous usage and diagnostic data (never linked to your identity) to improve app quality.

1. Information processed only on your device

• Record data: Session durations, dates, and warm-up/target settings you measure or enter are stored only in your device's local storage. They are not transmitted to or collected by any server.
• Home-screen Widget & Live Activity: Your streak and recent records are shared only within an on-device App Group store to display the widget, and are never sent externally.

2. Advertising

The app shows Google AdMob banner ads to keep the app free. To serve ads, Google (a third party) may collect and use device identifiers and app usage/diagnostic data for purposes such as ad delivery, fraud prevention, and performance measurement.

IceLog does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) for cross-app tracking.

3. Analytics and diagnostics

To improve app quality, the app collects the following anonymous information. It is not linked to your identity and is not used for cross-app tracking (App Tracking).

• Usage data (Google Firebase Analytics): Anonymous events such as screen views and feature usage, plus a per-install anonymous identifier. Used to understand app flow and improve features.
• Diagnostics and error data (Sentry): App crashes, errors, and performance-related diagnostics. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected. Used to find and fix bugs.

The anonymous identifier resets if you reinstall the app. This information does not identify or single out any individual.

4. Information we do not collect

Neither the app nor its ad provider collects:

• Account or login information (the app has no sign-up)
• Location data
• Camera or photos: the app does not access your camera or photo library
• Contacts

5. Data retention and deletion

Your records are stored only on your device, so deleting them in the app or removing the app deletes them.

6. Health information notice

Any cold-shower information in the app is for general reference only and is not medical advice. Depending on your health condition (e.g., cardiovascular conditions), consult a professional before use.

7. Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
